The location was good and great to the embassy I was visiting. The staff was accommodating when needed. The room was newly remodelled and neat and had central heating, TV, and a fridge.

my room included central heating, tv and a fridge. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, my stay lasted for 2 nights. the location was marvellous, close to everything, the hotel overlooked garden. plus, it was near malls and train station and stores and restaurants.

We spent 3 days in Pretoria and had a lovely time at Triple9 Hatfield Guesthouse. The service was perfect, and the location was favorable and magnificent. The double room was attractive and neat, with a nice shower and towels. The staff was wonderfully friendly and provided excellent service during our stay. The Arcadia district was definitely worth visiting.

The hotel was deluxe, with spotless rooms and super friendly staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and my room included central heating, TV, and a fridge. The location was marvelous, close to all amenities, overlooking a garden, and next to the embassy, train station, and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay.

The early check-in was a great bonus. The employees were excellent and provided a really lovely experience there. The room was good and had a nice bathroom. The convenience of having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle was extraordinary. The location was unbeatable, just a few steps away from everywhere.
